Network Pipe Test
After the pipe installation and before the thermompeton casting (laying heating screed), a test of the network pipe is required applying three times the operating pressure.
Thermompeton Casting
The casting of thermompeton starts after the network has remained for at least 24 hours under pressure and is checked for any potential leaks.
~ Thermompeton composition per m3:
× 70% river or coarse sand.
× 250kg water.
× 300-350kg cement.
Superplasticizers × 2-2,5 kg (increase flexibility and prevent cracking of thermompeton).
× 900gr polypropylene fibers (increase the mechanical strength, reduce air bubbles and eliminate cracks).
Drying cement
The purpose of this process is to reduce the relative humidity of thermompeton.
Flooring
Flooring begins immediately after drying, using adhesives with high elasticity and proper quality materials guaranteed by the supplier, adhering to application instructions.
System Setup
Control of the temperature circuit is based on the study. Correct setting of the installation ensures good system performance.
